Let me tell you a little about how we came to this collaboration.



Actually, we had a special participation in our booth at the International Hotel & Restaurant Show held last February (as a Niigata sake brewery, we offered delicious sake tasting).

The reason for this was that they liked the sake cups with Sasashuku's logo on them that we created and provided as a sample.

First of all, let us introduce the process of the finished product.

(1) Water blasting of the entire fabric

(2) Dark laser processing on the inside and outside bottom

(3) Gold plating (Yamabuki) on the entire surface



The key point was the color of the gold plating.

We wanted a color like a gold medal! After many samples and trial and error, we were able to produce a color that we were satisfied with.

We chose a material called Nubatex paper, which is also used for the outer case of iPhones, and we also chose black Nubatex for a more luxurious look.

And delivery!

After many months of meetings and prototyping, the product was finally delivered!
