Out of Stock/Back-order Items
If any item is out of stock currently, then we will email you with expected in-stock date. The item will then be sent to you at a later date separately and no extra shipping cost will be charged to you.
Damage and Mistakes
If you happen to receive damaged goods or any wrong item mistakenly, then please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. You can email us at info@ebematsushoji.com to notify of the issue.
Import Taxes and Custom Fees
The prices listed at the time of order are exclusive of import taxes and custom charges. Since the rules and regulations for import is different from one country to another, EBM will not be accountable if any of the product is held by the customs during delivery. The buyers are requested to contact their country's custom office prior to ordering goods from us to prevent from any delay or restriction during shipping. All the charges related to import duties, tax or custom fees are to be borne by the buyer.
