This second installment brings you the full story behind the creation of our "Foldable Yakumi Container"—a kitchen hero in tight spaces!💪🎉

Big headaches in a tiny kitchen💦
"During busy times, it's such a hassle to keep fetching condiments from the fridge..."
"Opening and closing the fridge door raises the internal temperature, so I want to minimize trips..."
This is the heartfelt plea from a yakitori shop in Tokyo.
A cramped kitchen, limited fridge space, orders pouring in one after another...⏰
Those few seconds of back-and-forth during peak times added up to significant losses over time😢
"We have to fix this...!"
That's exactly when our development team sprang into action.

"Within easy reach, yet kept cold"—a challenge unique to the kitchen floor🧐
Through repeated visits to the kitchen, we uncovered one challenge after another.
Challenge 1: Limited Space
We want to place condiments near the stove. But the heat spoils them...🔥
Challenge 2: Frequent Access
During peak hours, condiments are used repeatedly. Opening and closing the refrigerator door endangers other ingredients too...😱
Challenge 3: Stock Level Tracking & Efficiency
Traditional spice containers hide contents, forcing repeated lid openings to check levels...
"We can't even tell which condiments are where!" cries echo from the kitchen floor💦
Solve one problem, another surfaces... a never-ending cycle.
Still, the development team desperately sought an idea to solve every single challenge voiced by the kitchen staff.

Here's a groundbreaking discovery! "Cooling with ice packs" 💡

After much trial and error, we arrived at a cooling system using ice packs.
By placing ice packs at the bottom of the spice container, you can keep condiments cold within easy reach—no refrigerator needed!
Plus, it requires no power and can be placed anywhere! ✨
"This means it can work even in a cramped kitchen!!" The entire development team pumped their fists in celebration. 💪
The excitement of that moment is still talked about to this day. 😆

Key Points of Our Commitment to Usability💎
EBM Quality means "No compromise on usability!"
It's not just an ice pack—it's packed with thoughtful features shaped by real-world feedback.
POINT① Transparent lid lets you see the contents at a glance👀

"Opening the lid repeatedly to check the remaining amount..."
→ See what's inside with the transparent lid while maintaining cooling efficiency! No worries even with dirty hands 💕
POINT② The removable lid ensures perfect hygiene management ✨

Remove the lid, and the main unit and inner core are dishwasher safe!
"Being dishwasher safe is such a lifesaver!"—feedback from the field proves it's true. 👍

A wide variety to choose from for any purpose 🎯

① 3-pack type (large): 2 ice packs
② 3-pack type (small): 1 ice pack
③ 4-pack type (large): 3 ice packs
④ 4-pack type (small): 2 ice packs
Being able to choose based on your available space and the number of condiments is another great feature! ✨

Bartenders love it too!🍹
Originally developed for yakitori restaurants, but it's getting unexpected support!
"It's perfect for keeping cocktail fruits and herbs cold right at your fingertips!"

I see! So it wasn't just useful for yakitori shops, but for all kinds of restaurants that use small ingredients. 🧐
This is the moment when new possibilities opened up!

Boost Work Efficiency ⤴ & Save Space ⤵
Plus, it's our top-recommended item packed with tons of thumbs-up 👍 from field staff!
