It's that time of year again! We participated in the Tsubame-Sanjo Trade Show!
Hello! This is Eru.
This time, I'll be talking about the Tsubame-Sanjo Trade Show, held over two days on September 25th and 26th!
Have you heard of the Tsubame-Sanjo Trade Show? This event features a wide variety of products, from kitchen tools like knives and cutlery, daily necessities, outdoor gear, to home appliances!
A whopping 1,800 visitors came over the two days! Many people attended.
Here's the link to that event!
The venue was the familiar Tsubame-Sanjo Local Industry Promotion Center. In the spacious hall, manufacturers, trading companies, and other businesses set up booths.

Here's our booth amidst all that!
We showcased our recommended openable yakumi containers, HACCP products designed with hygiene in mind, and lacquered wine glasses and chichiri that are popular overseas too. The rows of booths lined up like this are truly impressive!
Let me introduce some of our top picks!

・Removable Lid Yakumi Container
As advertised, this product features a removable lid! It can hold ice packs inside, keeping food cold for extended periods. Plus, the transparent lid lets you see the contents without opening it—a nice touch!

・Ladle Marker
Simply attach it to the ladles used in your establishment to instantly identify which ladle is needed. This simplifies operations and saves time! Plus, made from silicone, there's no worry about it peeling off like vinyl tape, and it eliminates the risk of foreign object contamination.
Of course, it's dishwasher safe.

・Chichiri
Chichiri is the name for pinecones, and it was named for its cute round shape and hammered texture! This is a sake vessel made of pure copper with a tin coating. Thanks to the coating, you can enjoy a mellow taste of sake!
As I visited other booths, I found many fascinating displays featuring stylish cutlery and everyday items crafted with unique techniques!
What particularly impressed me was how every company took the time to carefully explain "how it's made" and "what ingenuity went into it."
There were so many items I couldn't resist picking up—like knives showcasing master craftsmanship and outdoor gear made through metalworking!
This was my first time attending a trade show, and I was amazed by both the products on display and the energy of the visitors! I could see how enthusiastic the exhibitors were, showing people how to use their products and actively inviting them to stop by their booths.
And I realized the Tsubame Sanjo Trade Show isn't just a typical exhibition—it's a place that connects makers and users!
I highly recommend it not only for those who love craftsmanship but also for anyone searching for something special.
I'm already looking forward to next year's event!
