Shipping policy

We ship your items through Japan Post's Express Mail Service. You can check the rates for the shipping from here. 

If not the case of back-ordered or out of stock items, most of the products are shipped to you within 5 working days after the order confirmation. We ship all of the available items together in one go.

Once your parcel is dispatched from the warehouse, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. 

Your signature is required on delivery to ensure safe receipt. In case your parcel is deposited at a local post office due to your absence on delivery etc., please contact them at your end.

Moreover, your items are considered as imports. You will be fully responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any) in your country. These fees may be charged to you when your package enters your country (they are not included in payment on our website).
