Ceramic coating of 200 microns. Excellent oil penetration. Amazing release property (food and sauces do not stick to the surface and do not burn).
Remarkable rub resistance. Can be used with metal spatulas/towels. No problem even when scrubbed with a metal spatula/tawashi. (About 300 times more durable than fluorine coating)
Three-layer steel + ceramic coating (with uneven surfaces) makes it twice as hard as stainless steel!
